Sheikh: The one who said this is wrong, even if he were a doctor. Kohl does not harm if it is made from pure, clean kohl. The Prophet , peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Use kohl, for it clears the vision and makes hair grow. It is good, increases the strength and intensity of vision, and also makes hair grow.” So the one who says that it harms the vision, his statement is weak and rejected. The correct statement is that it makes hair grow and clears the vision. It is beneficial. It is the well-known kohl.
As for other types that may cause harm, which doctors know about, that is another matter. As for the well-known antimony, it causes hair growth and clears the eyesight, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said. Yes.
